A flag hoisting ceremony was held at the Chancery premises at 9.00 am on 26.1.2022  to celebrate India's 73rd  Republic Day in a hybrid way due to local pandemic conditions.  Shri Siddhartha Nath, Acting High Commissioner unfurled the national tricolor and read out the message of the Rashtrapatiji delivered on the eve of the Republic Day.

Children from six Indian international schools in Singapore presented colorful patriotic and cultural performances(prerecorded) which consisted of dance and songs to mark the occasion. They were relayed on social media handles of the mission.  Indian nationals, PIOs, and friends of India were invited to log on to the Mission's social media handles to view them virtually.
