Visa applications of all Diplomatic/ Official/ UNLP Passport holders seeking Diplomatic/Official/UN Visas, for official trip/ meetings to India are accepted at HCI Singapore office (31 Grange Road, Singapore-239702), in person, on any working day between 09:30 AM – 11:30 AM. Documents Required

• 1. Print out of the online application form duly signed.
• 2. One latest colour photograph with white background (size 2”x 2”)
• 3. Original passport with validity of at least 6 months (Minimum 2 blank pages should be available to stamp the visa)
• 4. Photocopy of passport bio-page and IC copy (NRIC, EP, S Pass or WP)

• 5. Note Verbale from Ministry of Foreign Affairs/ Embassy/High Commission/ Diplomatic Organisation.

• 6. Invitation letter from India based office/ organisation (if applicable).

• 7. Applicants are requested to provide details of their regular passports, if held, in the Visa application form and bring it along which will be returned after sighting.

• 8. Additional form to be filled by US Diplomats/Officials

• 9. Additional form to be filled by Canadian Diplomats/Officials
