All applicants must register online for all passport related services.

Before you click the right service (e.g., Passport Renewal/Police Clearance Certificate/Surrender Certificate, etc.) using this link (https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in/), please refer to the steps below.

Step 1. Once you click the above link, choose Asia Pacific as the region.

Step 2. Choose country as Singapore by clicking the flag below

Step 3. Register by clicking on the “Register” link.

- Register to apply for Passport Services

Step 4. Open the registered email to activate the user login.

Step 5. Login with the registered login ID and Password on "User Login'' link.

Step 6. In the applicant’s home page, apply for the required passport services by clicking on the service that you need (see page 1 for the list of services)

Step 7. After successful submission, take a print-out of the online submitted form. Visit the respective application processing center /High Commission with required supporting documents.
