Persons travelling to India for the sole purpose of attending a conference/seminar or workshop are advised to apply for Conference Visas.

Documents required:

• 1. Print out of the online application form duly signed.
• 2. One latest colour photograph with white background (size 2”x 2”).
• 3. Original passport with validity of at least 6 months (Minimum 2 blank pages should be available to stamp the visa).
• 4. Photocopy of passport bio-page and IC copy (NRIC, EP, S Pass or WP)
• 5. Invitation letter from the organiser of the conference
• 6. Recommendation letter from the Singapore organization concerned
• 7. Political Clearance for the Conference from Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (Mandatory).
• 8. Approval of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India (if applicable).
